Samsung Ventures has invested $100 million in ZutaCore to enhance thermal management in advanced AI data centers. This funding aims to address thermal limitations in high-performance computing, establishing a significant industrial partnership with Mitsubishi Electric and Carrier Ventures.

Samsung Ventures has co-led a $100 million Series C investment in ZutaCore, a leader in waterless liquid cooling solutions, targeting thermal challenges in AI data centers. This collaboration includes Mitsubishi Electric and Carrier Ventures, aiming to develop standards for megawatt-class data centers.
ZutaCore's technology can cool processors exceeding 4,000 watts, establishing itself as a benchmark in the industry. The funding will support the expansion of ZutaCore's clean energy infrastructure across over 75 hyperscale data centers globally. This strategic move positions Samsung to enhance its competitive edge in thermal management technologies for next-gen semiconductors, potentially impacting the supply chain dynamics in the field.
