Sarda Energy Targets ₹2,000 Crore EBITDA by FY26 Through Operational Improvements and Mining Expansion
Sarda Energy & Minerals (SEML) projects an EBITDA of ₹2,000 crore for FY26, significantly up from ₹1,250 crore in FY25. This increase is attributed to improved operational efficiency and planned expansions in mining.
Two-thirds of the targeted EBITDA is expected to originate from the energy segment. SEML has launched a 24.9-MW hydropower project in Raigad and secured a long-term power purchase agreement. A 50-MW solar power project is also underway.
The company has received approval to boost coal production at Gare Palma IV/7 and is progressing with additional coal mining projects. The aim is to enhance coal output from 1.80 million tonnes to approximately 5.51 million tonnes.
