Savannah Energy Reports Operational and Financial Updates for 11 Months Ending November 30, 2025
Savannah Energy PLC reported a decrease in average gross daily production to 19.1 Kboepd for the 11 months ending November 30, 2025, with 84% of output being gas. Total revenues reached $218.1 million, and cash balances increased to $59.8 million, while net debt stood at $652.5 million. The company also announced a gas contract extension and proposed new hydropower acquisitions in East Africa, with ongoing arbitration claims against the Government of Chad anticipated to conclude in early 2026.

Savannah Energy PLC provided an operational and financial update for the 11 months ending November 30, 2025. Average gross daily production was 19.1 Kboepd, down from 22.8 Kboepd in 2024, with 84% of production being gas.
The SIPEC acquisition in March 2025 initiated an expansion program at Stubb Creek, increasing production to 3.3 Kbopd. Total revenues for the period were US$218.1 million, with cash collections rising 5.5% to US$260.8 million.
Cash balances increased to US$59.8 million, while net debt stood at US$652.5 million. A gas contract extension with Central Horizon Gas Company Limited was agreed to, and new hydropower project acquisitions were proposed in East Africa, targeting completion in Q1 2026. Ongoing arbitration claims against the Government of Chad are expected to conclude in the first half of 2026.
