Schneider Electric and Digital Edge have completed the launch of NARRA1 in Laguna Technopark, marking it as Southeast Asia's first facility to earn dual global certifications for performance and sustainability. The Philippine data center colocation market is projected to grow at a 36% CAGR through 2028, driven by increased AI and cloud computing adoption.

NARRA1 has achieved ANSI/TIA-942-C Rated 3 and EDGE certifications, and is the first in the Philippines to attain LEED Gold status. The facility operates on 100% renewable energy and has an annualized design Power Usage Effectiveness of 1.19, significantly below the global average, leading to annual savings of 16 million kilowatt-hours of electricity and 44 million gallons of water.
