Two workers, Shankar Chaudhary, 21, and Saurabh Tharu, 22, went missing in the Trishuli River near a suspension bridge at Kurintar, Chitwan, while taking a bath. Both individuals were employed at the Super Trishuli Hydropower Project.

A search operation initiated by a team of divers from the Armed Police Force Disaster Management Training School began on Saturday and continued into the evening without success. The search is scheduled to resume on Sunday.
