Sequitor Edge is proposing a 2MW data center in Rapid City, South Dakota, on a 10-acre site within the Black Hills Industrial Center. The facility will reportedly be Tier III quality, providing 30,000 sq ft and utilizing a closed-loop cooling system, with potential expansion to 10MW.
The development aims to strengthen Rapid City's support for data-driven industries. Sequitor Edge, founded in 2024, intends to operate 18 Edge data centers over the next three years across several states, including South Dakota.
