Seraphim Space Invests £21M in Portfolio Companies from £137M Fundraising
Seraphim Space Investment Trust has allocated £21 million from its £137 million fundraising to two existing portfolio companies. This strategic investment aims to enhance capabilities in space technology and nuclear power systems.

Seraphim Space Investment Trust PLC has deployed £21 million of its £137 million raised in May, investing £18.6 million in Pixxel and £2.7 million in Zeno Power. This investment comes from a C Share issue, designed to protect existing shareholders from dilution until funds are fully allocated.
Pixxel is developing a hyperspectral Earth observation constellation, while Zeno Power focuses on radioisotope power systems for applications including lunar equipment and maritime defense. Contracts have been secured with NASA and the US military. The investments align with growth themes in sovereign space capabilities and the intersection of nuclear power with defense needs.
