Sergei Silivonik was appointed director of Uralchem's Berezniki plant in Perm Territory, effective January 20. He previously served as first deputy general director and chief engineer of JSC Grodno Azot in Belarus.

Andrei Semenyuk, the prior director of Azot, was assigned to Kirovo-Chepetsk on December 26. Uralchem's Azot produces over 1.1 million tonnes of ammonia and 1.5 million tonnes of ammonium nitrate annually.
