Serval Resources Launches on AIM with Kalahari Copper Acquisition
Serval Resources has debuted on AIM following the acquisition of Kalahari Copper, raising nearly £3 million for exploration. The company aims to establish itself as a mid-cap copper developer in Namibia and Botswana, targeting significant mineral resource estimates.

Serval Resources, previously Oscillate PLC, began trading on AIM under the ticker SRVL, raising £2.96 million through the issuance of 13.1 million shares at 22.5 pence each. The acquisition of Kalahari Copper includes land in the Kaoko Basin of Namibia and the Kalahari Copper Belt of Botswana.
Serval's focus is on advancing exploration in these regions, with a goal of achieving a market capitalization of $1 billion. The company aims to establish a maiden mineral resource estimate for its Namibia discovery quickly. Its strategy emphasizes the strong infrastructure and mining-friendly environments of Botswana and Namibia, which could mitigate operational risks.
