Servpac Breaks Ground on $13 Million Data Center Expansion in O'ahu, Hawaii
Hawaii-based Servpac has initiated a $13 million expansion of its MTP Data Center in Mililani Technology Park, doubling IT capacity. The project will add 150,000 square feet, significantly increasing cabinet and power capacity. Phase one of the facility, completed in September 2021, currently provides 1MWh of power daily from solar panels. The new expansion will be designed to withstand Category 5 hurricane winds.

Servpac is expanding its MTP Data Center in O'ahu, Hawaii, with a $13 million investment for a new facility in Mililani Technology Park. This expansion will double the IT capacity and utilize an additional 150,000 square feet of land owned by Servpac.
The current facility, which completed its first phase in September 2021, totals 30,000 square feet and has a capacity of 1MW. The new center aims to provide ten times more cabinet and power capacity and will be built to endure Category 5 hurricane winds. The timeline for construction has not been disclosed.
