SH Minerva Achieves DCA ESG Certification from Dream&Charme
SH Minerva has received the DCA ESG Certification, marking it as the first expedition cruise ship to do so. This certification underscores the vessel's and Swan Hellenic's commitment to high standards in environmental, social, and governance practices.

The DCA ESG Certification was awarded to SH Minerva during its cruise from Hiroshima to Otaru, Japan, between May 20 and 30. This independent assessment evaluated the ship's operational practices, supply chain management, crew welfare, and excursion experiences.
Dream&Charme, the certifying body, is accredited under ISO/IEC 17065 by ACCREDIA and recognized internationally for sustainability in hospitality. The ship features advanced technologies, including a diesel-electric propulsion system and a dynamic positioning system to protect marine habitats.
Its onboard water production and wastewater treatment systems adhere to stringent environmental standards, reinforcing Swan Hellenic's commitment to responsible exploration. This certification may enhance competitive positioning in the luxury cruise market by aligning corporate sustainability efforts with traveler expectations.
