SharonAI Holdings Inc. has signed a five-year cloud computing agreement valued at $1.32 billion, representing nearly 80% of its market cap. The revenue from this contract is expected to begin in 2027, alongside a forecasted deployment of over 62,000 NVIDIA GPUs.

SharonAI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SHAZ) announced a five-year cloud computing service contract with a global AI lab, worth $1.32 billion. This contract constitutes approximately 80% of the company's market capitalization of $1.66 billion.
The Australian firm aims to implement cloud solutions in New Zealand's data centers, projecting revenue to start in the first and second quarters of 2027. SharonAI's AI Factory has a total capacity of 132 MW, with 116 MW already contracted.
Additionally, the company is closing a $1.6 billion private placement financing to bolster AI infrastructure in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. These developments signify a strategic expansion into New Zealand's data center market, likely enhancing SharonAI's competitive positioning.
