Shell and Sinexcel Partner to Advance EV Charging Solutions
Shell plc and Sinexcel have initiated a collaboration to enhance electric vehicle charging technologies. This partnership is expected to accelerate the deployment of scalable charging infrastructure to meet the demands of electric mobility.

Shell plc has partnered with Sinexcel to establish a joint laboratory in Shenzhen, focusing on next-generation electric vehicle charging technologies. This collaboration leverages Shell's global operational expertise and Sinexcel's power electronics capabilities, aiming to develop more efficient charging solutions.
Additionally, Shell is contemplating the sale of its offshore wind portfolio, valued over $1 billion, to refocus on higher-return investments, with a potential sale process starting in late 2026. This strategic shift underscores Shell's commitment to capital allocation toward projects yielding stronger long-term returns.
