Sibanye-Stillwater Advances on Finland's Keliber Lithium Mine Ahead of 2026 Completion
Sibanye-Stillwater is advancing the Keliber lithium mine project in Finland, expected to be a key hydroxyde lithium production site in Europe. As per their semi-annual report released on February 20, the project is on schedule for construction completion in Q1 2026. The first blast to extract ore occurred on February 11 at the Syväjärvi open-pit site.
