Siemon has launched a high-speed cable assembly production line in Tijuana, Mexico, enabling support for 25G to 800G speeds with six connector options, including OSFP and QSFP variants. This initiative diversifies Siemon's manufacturing operations in North America, aiming to lower supply-chain risks and enhance scalability and reliability for its customers.
The new facility also ensures TAA compliance, which is expected to reduce costs and alleviate international shipping challenges.
