Sierra Leone's Ministry of Tourism and ProBlue World Bank Launch Go Circular 2026 Initiative
The Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs of Sierra Leone, in collaboration with ProBlue World Bank, is preparing for the Go Circular 2026 initiative aimed at enhancing sustainability in the tourism sector. The initiative focuses on integrating circular economy principles, reducing plastic waste, and fostering eco-friendly businesses. The inaugural Go Circular Week will be held in February 2024, featuring activities such as a symbolic walk, a Plastic Leadership Platform, and community engagement efforts.
