SINEXCEL Completes 107.12MW Battery Storage System for Zhongfu Industrial in China
SINEXCEL has successfully connected a 107.12MW/428.48MWh battery energy storage system in Guangyuan, China. This project is designed to enhance cost efficiency in aluminium production, reducing CO₂ emissions significantly.

SINEXCEL has finalized a 107.12MW/428.48MWh battery energy storage system in Guangyuan, Sichuan Province, for Zhongfu Industrial. This setup is intended to lower electricity costs through peak shaving, saving approximately 140 yuan per tonne of aluminium and leading to over 60 million yuan in annual savings while reducing CO₂ emissions by around 52,000 tonnes per year.
The system comprises 104 SINEXCEL 1725kW PCS units in a DC-coupled layout, achieving 98.5% efficiency. The technology is certified for various international markets, with total shipments exceeding 1GW globally. This project exemplifies advancements in energy management for industrial applications, reflecting the ongoing shift towards sustainable industrial practices.
