SINEXCEL Launches 107.12 MW Energy Storage System for Zhongfu Industrial in China
SINEXCEL has completed the grid connection of a 107.12 MW/428.48 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) in Guangyuan, Sichuan, targeting significant cost reductions in the aluminum production sector. This project is expected to save Zhongfu Industrial over 60 million yuan annually while cutting CO₂ emissions by approximately 52,000 tons each year.

SINEXCEL's 107.12 MW/428.48 MWh battery energy storage system has been successfully connected to the grid in Guangyuan, Sichuan, for Zhongfu Industrial. This system is designed to optimize energy costs in aluminum production, where electricity can account for up to 40% of total production costs.
The deployment involves 104 units of the 1,725 kW PCS, ensuring high efficiency (98.5%) and robust stability against harsh industrial conditions. The PCS is CE and VDE certified and has over 1 GW of cumulative global deliveries. The anticipated impact includes significant yearly cost savings and emissions reductions, contributing to greener industrial transformation.
