SINQ Launches Private-Credit Framework for Sinclair Copper Mine; Tinka Resources Advances Exploration in Peru
SINQ has introduced a private-credit financing framework linked to the Sinclair Copper Mine in Namibia, targeting institutional investors. Concurrently, Tinka Resources is set to conduct a magnetotellurics survey at the Silvia project in Peru, enhancing its exploration strategy for copper-gold resources.

On April 30, 2026, SINQ, a subsidiary of Starseed Global, announced a private-credit financing framework associated with the Sinclair Copper Mine in Namibia, designed for eligible institutional participants. Tinka Resources will begin a magnetotellurics survey over a 4 km area at the Silvia project by the end of May 2026, focusing on copper-gold targets.
This survey follows initial drilling at Silvia NW, which showed promising mineralization results. The framework by SINQ aims to strengthen capital organization for mining projects, while Tinka’s efforts will enhance resource evaluation at Ayawilca and Colquipucro, indicating strategic developments in the mining sector. Both companies are navigating operational and market conditions that may impact their projects.
