Six Contech Startups Raise $124.5M in Q4 2025 Funding Rounds
In Q4 2025, six construction technology startups collectively raised $124.5 million in funding, highlighting significant investment in the sector. Notable rounds included PermitFlow's $54 million Series B for AI-driven permitting, Attentive.AI's $30.5 million for its takeoff software, and Kojo's $10 million Series C extension for materials management improvements. Other startups, such as Unlimited Industries and ConCntric, also secured funding to enhance their AI capabilities in design and preconstruction processes.

Wilmington, Delaware's Attentive.AI raised $30.5 million for its takeoff software Beam AI, with plans to develop next-generation products. San Francisco-based Unlimited Industries secured $12 million in Seed funding to further its AI platform for design configuration.
Greenbrae's ConCntric raised $10 million to expand its AI-powered preconstruction capabilities. San Francisco's Kojo received a $10 million Series C extension from Wesco International to enhance materials management through AI integration. Pleasanton-based Planera raised $8 million to support scheduling in data center construction projects.
