Six Contech Startups Raise $124.5M in Q4 2025 Funding Rounds

In Q4 2025, six construction technology (contech) startups secured a total of $124.5 million in funding. New York City's PermitFlow raised $54 million in a Series B round led by Accel, aiming to enhance its AI-driven permitting process.

Wilmington, Delaware's Attentive.AI raised $30.5 million for its takeoff software Beam AI, with plans to develop next-generation products. San Francisco-based Unlimited Industries secured $12 million in Seed funding to further its AI platform for design configuration.

Greenbrae's ConCntric raised $10 million to expand its AI-powered preconstruction capabilities. San Francisco's Kojo received a $10 million Series C extension from Wesco International to enhance materials management through AI integration. Pleasanton-based Planera raised $8 million to support scheduling in data center construction projects.
