SK Telecom Partners with Eight Startups to Enhance Robotics Ecosystem
SK Telecom is collaborating with eight startups to develop an open robotics ecosystem integrating AI and semiconductor technologies. This partnership aims to advance industrial applications in manufacturing, logistics, and service sectors.

On March 30, SK Telecom convened a meeting with eight domestic startups focused on robotics and physical AI to discuss collaborative strategies. The participating startups include Gauss Labs, RLWRLD, MakinaRocks, Cemes Robotics, WIRobotics, Yuil Robotics, Config Intelligence, and Holiday Robotics.
Discussions centered on integrating SK Group's AI semiconductor and data center capabilities with the startups' technologies to enhance applications in various industries. A significant focus was on creating data for training robot foundation models in digital twin environments. This initiative is expected to mitigate challenges in securing test spaces and training data, potentially expediting the commercialization of physical AI.
