Skanska Signs $191 Million Contract for Data Center Construction in the USA

Skanska has secured a contract valued at $191 million to construct a data center in the USA, which will be included in its order bookings for Q1 2026. Construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2026 and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2027.
The project comprises the building's shell and interior fit-out for technical areas, support spaces, and office functions. Skanska AB is currently trading at SEK 263.60 on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
