Sky Metals Tallebung Project Advances to EIS Phase with SEARs Issued
Sky Metals' Tallebung Tin-Silver-Tungsten Project has progressed into the Environmental Impact Statement phase following the NSW Department of Planning's issuance of SEARs. This milestone is crucial for advancing the project toward development amid rising demand for tin in technology applications.

Sky Metals' Tallebung Tin-Silver-Tungsten Project is now in the Environmental Impact Statement phase after receiving SEARs from the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. Located 70 kilometers northwest of Condobolin, the project has historical significance with large-scale tin mining dating back to the 1890s.
An updated Mineral Resource Estimate and Pre-Feasibility Study are expected soon, following extensive drilling that has revealed high-grade intersections. The advancement into the EIS phase indicates substantial progress in the project's approvals process, reflecting completed environmental and technical assessments. The project is poised to meet increasing tin demand driven by sectors like electronics and solar technology.
