Effective August 7, 2026, Slave Lake Zinc Corp. will change its name to Taltson Critical Minerals Corp., with shares continuing to trade under the symbol SLZ. The company is also launching a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $150,000 for exploration activities.

Slave Lake Zinc Corp. will officially rebrand as Taltson Critical Minerals Corp. on August 7, 2026, retaining its trading symbol SLZ. The company will initiate a private placement offering of units at $0.04 each, expected to generate up to $150,000 in proceeds.
Each unit includes one common share and a warrant exercisable at $0.07 for three years. Additionally, Taltson Critical Minerals is planning an airborne geophysical survey over its O'Connor Lake property in the Northwest Territories to enhance drill target identification for future exploration. This initiative follows recent efforts to expand its land package and interpret initial data, indicating the potential for significant mineral deposits.
