Unicorn Mineral Resources is set to acquire a 75% stake in the Klein Aub Copper Project following a resolution of shareholder-related delays. The company aims to initiate a pilot processing plant and bulk testing program by summer 2026, focusing on copper and silver recovery from tailings.

Unicorn Mineral Resources is on track to acquire a 75% stake in the Klein Aub Copper Project after resolving delays caused by a takeover of a shareholder. The company plans to establish a pilot processing plant and conduct bulk testing by summer 2026, aimed at supporting the extraction of copper from tailings.
Negotiations with local minority shareholders are expected to finalize soon, allowing Unicorn to progress to the next phase of development. Despite reporting a net loss of €598,428 for the year ending 31 March 2026, the extended due diligence process has reinforced confidence in the project's prospects by identifying an economically viable extraction method. The partnership with Draslovka to utilize glycine leaching technology could enhance the project's environmental sustainability.
