The precast vaults are designed to house the electrical and telecommunications infrastructure for the facility. Smith-Midland's subsidiary, Easi-Set Worldwide, licenses the production and sale of Easi-Set products and provides services to the precast industry.
The company also operates Concrete Safety Systems, a safety barrier rental service. The successful acquisition of these data center projects indicates the firm's capability to meet demanding construction timelines and specialized performance requirements.
