Smulders has been contracted by Chantiers de l'Atlantique for the engineering, procurement, and construction of the jacket foundation for the 600MW Dunkerque offshore wind farm in France. The jacket foundation will support the offshore substation, with RTE as the end client.

Final assembly and delivery are set for Smulders' yard in Fos-sur-Mer. The project involves detailed engineering, procurement, and construction, leveraging Smulders' experience with offshore substation jackets.

Chantiers de l'Atlantique is the main contractor for the substation, collaborating with Smulders for project execution. The wind farm is developed by the Eoliennes en Mer de Dunkerque consortium, which includes EDF Renouvelables and Enbridge.
