Soho House is positioned to start construction on its exclusive club in Rhinebeck, NY, following conditional approval from the Planning Board in June 2022. The project will include a restaurant, spa, and 48 guest rooms at the historic Grasmere estate.

Plans involve restoring three historic buildings: a manor house, a barn converted into a restaurant, and a carriage house for performances. New structures will feature cabins, a wastewater treatment plant, and a pool.

Completion is targeted for 2027. Ownership will not be directly held by Soho House but through LLCs. The company went public in 2021 but has faced profitability challenges.
