Solaria Initiates 10% Capital Increase to Enhance Data Center Strategy
Solaria has announced a capital increase of up to 12.495 million shares, representing 10% of its capital, aimed at funding its renewable energy and data center infrastructure initiatives. This move is critical as the company targets a total installed capacity of nine gigawatts (GW) by 2028.

Solaria is executing a capital increase by issuing up to 12.495 million ordinary shares, equivalent to 10% of its current capital. This includes up to 7.687 million shares, representing 6.15% of current capital, and an additional 4.807 million shares from treasury stock at a nominal value of €0.01 each.
The raised funds will accelerate the company's growth pillars, particularly in data center solutions and hybrid battery systems, with a planned investment of €770 million. The company aims for 500 MW of hybrid wind capacity and 4 GWh of hybrid battery storage in Iberia by the end of 2028. Major banks including Banco Santander and Goldman Sachs will coordinate the offering, valued at approximately €315 million based on market prices.
