Solaris Energy Signs 500MW Power Deal for AI Data Center with Hatchbo
Solaris Energy Infrastructure has signed a long-term deal to supply over 500MW of power to Hatchbo, an AI-focused data center. The rental term starts January 1, 2027, for ten years, with a five-year extension option. Solaris will provide generation equipment and plans to negotiate a Power Purchase Agreement. The customer's parent company guarantees 50% of the rental fees. Further financial details will be disclosed in the next annual report.

Solaris Energy Infrastructure has signed a deal to supply over 500MW of power generation capacity to Hatchbo, an AI-focused data center affiliate. The contract, starting January 1, 2027, runs for ten years with a five-year extension option.
Solaris Power Solutions will provide the necessary equipment, and negotiations for a Power Purchase Agreement are planned. The rental agreement allows the customer to terminate within 30 days under certain conditions.
The parent company of the customer guarantees 50% of total rental fees for the initial term. Financial terms and deployment location remain undisclosed, with more information expected in the next annual report.
