Sonasid's board reported a 16% rise in social revenue for 2025, totaling 6.224 billion dirhams, attributed to strategic operational improvements and cost reductions. The net profit increased by 73% to 261 million dirhams, while EBITDA grew by 69% to 610 million dirhams.
Concurrently, at Gitex Africa, Morocco is accelerating its digital transformation, focusing on AI and data centers, with plans for a digital hub endorsed by the UN. The Minister of Digital Transition highlighted cooperation with international partners, including the EU, and stated that Morocco aims to enhance its digital sovereignty by controlling data and algorithm deployment.
