Sonic Solutions Secures £250,000 Funding for Expansion and Relocation in Huddersfield
Sonic Solutions, an industrial cleaning firm based in Yorkshire, has received £250,000 from NPIF II - Mercia Debt Finance to support its relocation to a larger facility in Huddersfield. This move aims to increase operational capacity and meet rising demand for its services, particularly in the plastics recycling and defence sectors. The new 8,800 sq ft site will allow for improved efficiency and the creation of up to six new jobs over the next three years.

Sonic Solutions has secured £250,000 from NPIF II - Mercia Debt Finance for a relocation to a new 8,800 sq ft facility in Huddersfield, expanding from its Dewsbury site. The funding supports investment in equipment to meet increased demand, particularly in the plastics recycling and defence markets.
The company expects to create up to six new jobs in the next three years and has doubled its turnover over the past three years. NPIF II, managed by Mercia and operated by the British Business Bank, provides loans and equity investments to support small and medium-sized businesses in the North of England.
