South Dakota Awards $2 Million Grant for Eagle Butte Infrastructure Improvements
South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden allocated over $5.8 million in Community Development Block Grant funding for four infrastructure projects. Eagle Butte received $2,020,000 for water, wastewater, and storm sewer improvements. Other allocations included $770,000 for Springfield, $1,020,000 for Viborg, and $2,020,000 for Wessington. These grants aim to enhance public health and living conditions for low- to moderate-income residents.
