Space Camp Turkiye Launches Teacher Training Program with Bulgarian Educators
Space Camp Turkiye, in partnership with NASA, has initiated a teacher training program, hosting its first groups from Bulgaria. Running from March 14 to 18, 2026, thirty Bulgarian teachers participated in the inaugural regular training program, aimed at inspiring students in space and natural sciences. The initiative allows educators to share their experiences, enhancing interest in subjects like mathematics and physics. The program concluded with the teachers launching self-made rockets.

Space Camp Turkiye has commenced a teacher training program in collaboration with NASA, welcoming its first participants from Bulgaria. From March 14 to 18, 2026, thirty Bulgarian teachers engaged in activities simulating space travel, as part of the camp's first regular training initiative.
The program's goal is to equip teachers with experiences they can share with their students to foster interest in space and natural sciences. The camp has previously hosted nearly 300,000 students from various countries. The program culminated in the teachers launching rockets they constructed with available materials.
