SPACE ECONOMY
SpaceX aims to launch a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base on Friday night, with a launch window opening at 8:18 p.m. The NROL-105 mission involves launching government satellites, with a backup attempt set for Saturday at 8:04 p.m.
This mission is the second flight for the first-stage booster, which will land at Landing Zone 4, creating a sonic boom in the vicinity. This launch is SpaceX's third from Vandenberg in 2023 and the 12th NROL launch since 2024. In 2025, SpaceX launched over 60 rockets from this location.
