SpaceX to Launch 25 Starlink Satellites from California This Weekend
SpaceX will launch 25 Starlink satellites on April 26, 2026, aiming to enhance its global satellite internet network. The Falcon 9 rocket's ascent will be visible to residents in Tijuana and San Diego if weather permits.

On April 26, 2026, SpaceX plans to launch a batch of 25 Starlink satellites from Vandenberg Space Force Base at 7:00 a.m. The Falcon 9 rocket will separate its first stage approximately two and a half minutes into flight, while the second stage continues to deploy the satellites into low Earth orbit.
The first stage is expected to land on the autonomous platform 'Of Course I Still Love You' about eight minutes after liftoff. This launch is part of a series, including upcoming missions on April 29 and May 5, to further expand SpaceX's satellite internet capabilities, which already includes over 13,000 units in orbit. The frequency of launches from Vandenberg may influence visibility across a wide area, including parts of Arizona and Nevada.
