spARK Labs by ARK Invest, led by CEO Becca Brown since July 2025, has launched a membership-based incubator program that now houses 45 companies, exceeding its capacity target. Located at the ARK Innovation Center in St. Petersburg, the incubator focuses on artificial intelligence, robotics, energy storage, blockchain, and multiomics biology, offering one-on-one support and community engagement. A waitlist has formed for office space, while co-working opportunities remain. The program includes partnerships with Moffitt Cancer Center and invites startup leaders for weekly collaborative sessions.

A waitlist exists for office space, with a 12-month membership model in place. Co-working options are available, and weekly brainstorming sessions foster community engagement. The incubator has partnered with Moffitt Cancer Center to assist early-stage oncology AI companies, enhancing collaboration between members.
ARK Investment Management, which relocated to St. Petersburg in 2021, supports the incubator as part of its strategy to invest in disruptive innovations.
