SPC Nickel Extends Cooperation Agreement with Vale on West Graham Project
SPC Nickel has amended its Cooperation Agreement with Vale Canada Limited, extending the Feasibility Study deadline to June 30, 2027. This extension supports advancing the West Graham Project in the Sudbury Basin, a key area for nickel and copper resources.

The amended Cooperation Agreement, effective March 27, 2026, extends the Feasibility Study deadline from June 30, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Additionally, the extension option for SPC Nickel now runs to June 30, 2029.
The company has achieved significant milestones, including a Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate and a positive metallurgical study, while drilling over 16,700 meters. SPC Nickel will continue assessing the economic viability to inform future production decisions. The extension allows for a methodical approach to the Feasibility Study, supporting the project's development in a prominent mining region.
