Sphere Corporation Acquires 10% Stake in Indonesia's ENC Nickel Refinery for Aerospace Supply Chain
Sphere Corporation has acquired a 10% stake in Indonesia's Excelsior Nickel Cobalt refining project for $240 million, facilitated by Hanwha Investment & Securities, which raised $210 million from global investors. This strategic investment aims to bolster the aerospace supply chain, particularly benefiting companies like SpaceX, by securing essential minerals and stabilizing material supply for South Korea's aerospace industry.
