SPML Infra and Tata Projects Secure INR 1275 Crore for Rajasthan Wastewater Treatment Projects
SPML Infra Limited, in joint venture with Tata Projects Limited, has secured three orders from RUDSICO for wastewater treatment in 11 cities in Rajasthan, totaling INR 1275 Crores. The projects include the design and construction of sewer systems with treated wastewater reuse provisions, aimed at improving water quality and reducing pollution. The packages involve constructing 34 sewage treatment plants with a total capacity of 74.4 MLD, to be completed within 24 months.

SPML Infra Limited and Tata Projects Limited have received three significant orders from Rajasthan Urban Drinking Water Sewerage & Infrastructure Corporation Limited (RUDSICO) worth INR 1275 Crores for wastewater treatment projects in 11 cities in Rajasthan. The projects will focus on decentralized sewage treatment and treated wastewater reuse.
The first order of INR 480 Crore covers Bharatpur, Gangapur, Hinduan, and Churu; the second order of INR 417 Crore is for Udaipur, Nagaur, Sujangarh, and Baran; and the third order of INR 378 Crore pertains to Chittorgarh, Beawar, and Bundi. The scope includes design, construction, and commissioning of sewage treatment plants and sewer networks to be completed in 24 months, with a 10-year operation and maintenance plan.
