Spring Hill to Develop New Housing and Wastewater Treatment Projects by 2026
Spring Hill is progressing on multiple development projects, including several new residential neighborhoods and a wastewater treatment plant. Housing developments include Wiswell Farms, which began construction in 2024 and has sold over 100 homes; Hidden Hills, a 115-lot neighborhood with 44 houses in phase one; Garrett Ranch, featuring 50 single-family homes and plans for 113 homes and 255 townhomes; and Fox Hollow, set to include 352 homes with construction starting in late 2025.
Additionally, roadway improvements on 199th Street began in December, enhancing 1.21 miles of road with new infrastructure. A new wastewater treatment facility is also in the design phase, set to replace the current insufficient facility with an initial capacity of 5 million gallons per day, expandable to 30 million gallons.
