St George Mining Limited has signed a preferred tax arrangement in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The company operates several projects in Australia, including Mt Alexander, Destiny, Paterson, Broadview, Lithium Star-WA, Woolgangie, and Ajana.

The Mt Alexander project, located around 120 km south-southwest of the Agnew-Wiluna Belt, comprises eight granted exploration licenses. The Paterson project is in early-stage exploration, and Broadview, located in Western Australia's Wheatbelt, covers two exploration licenses over approximately 250 square kilometers. The company also holds around seven hard rock lithium projects in Western Australia.
