ST Telemedia Launches FutureGrid Accelerator and MOUs for Talent Development in Singapore
ST Telemedia Global Data Centres has launched the FutureGrid Accelerator, Southeast Asia's first HVDC-powered AI infrastructure testbed, at NTU Singapore, aimed at validating HVDC system performance and supporting the transition to low-carbon energy grids. In addition, the company signed MOUs with four Institutes of Higher Learning to enhance skills development for over 8,000 Singaporeans, focusing on AI and sustainable energy systems through internships and training aligned with industry needs.

The Accelerator, located at NTU Singapore, will validate HVDC system performance and supports Singapore's transition to low-carbon energy grids. The initiatives aim to develop a skilled workforce in AI and sustainable energy systems, providing internships and training aligned with industry needs.
