DATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

STACK Infrastructure has acquired over 500 acres in Blanchard, Louisiana, for data center development. The Denver-based company is linked to these acquisitions through SAC III Acquisition Co. LLC, which is involved in multiple property transactions in Caddo and Bossier parishes.

The purchases include land located at the intersection of Blanchard Latex and Stateline roads, near the Texas-Louisiana border. STACK Infrastructure develops large-scale data centers and is backed by IPI Partners and ICONIQ Capital.

Senior executives from STACK, including CFO Heather Paduck and legal counsel Timothy Kuester, have signed the purchase agreements. Although no construction timeline or facility details have been announced, the acquisitions align with STACK's strategy for expanding its data center operations in the region.
