STRATEGIC MINERALS

Star Minerals has finalized a processing agreement with Catalyst Metals for the Tumblegum South gold project in Western Australia, allowing Catalyst to toll-treat up to 250,000 tonnes of mill feed at its Plutonic mill over two years. Catalyst will invest $1 million in Star and purchase the West Bryah Basin copper-gold project for $2.75 million.

The Tumblegum South project holds a resource of 616,000 tonnes at 2.28 grams per tonne gold, totaling 45,000 ounces. Star's projected capital requirements for the project are between $1.7 million and $3.9 million, with plans to mobilize in Q1 pending government approvals.
