Stardust Power Secures Lithium Supply for Muskogee Refinery
Stardust Power Inc. has signed a Letter of Intent for the supply of 15,000 metric tons per year of lithium chloride, supporting its Muskogee refinery. This agreement marks a significant advance in the company's strategy to establish a robust domestic lithium feedstock pipeline.

Stardust Power Inc. (NASDAQ: SDST) has entered a Letter of Intent to secure up to 15,000 metric tons per annum of lithium chloride, crucial for its Muskogee, Oklahoma refinery. Initial deliveries are expected to begin in Q1 2028 from a lithium brine project in California.
This agreement aligns with the company's ongoing efforts to diversify its lithium chloride supply and enhance operational readiness. The Muskogee refinery is positioned for construction following the completion of the FEL-3 engineering study and acquisition of an air quality construction permit, facilitating scalable refining capacity for the U.S. energy storage market. Stardust's strategy aims to solidify a domestic supply chain as demand for battery-grade lithium carbonate increases.
