Starfish Space Secures New Partner for Otter Pup 2 Docking Mission After Initial Partner Withdrawal
Starfish Space has found a new partner for its Otter Pup 2 docking demonstration mission after the original partner withdrew. Otter Pup 2, launched in June 2025, aims to demonstrate docking with an unprepared satellite. The new partner will be disclosed later, with maneuvers to begin in the coming months. Starfish has also secured contracts worth over $107 million for future projects, including deorbiting and supporting military satellites.
