Stark Power Raises NIS 215 Million on TASE for US Solar and Data Center Projects
Stark Power has raised NIS 215 million on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange for developing solar energy and data center projects in the US. Founded by former executives from Nofar Energy and Enlight Renewable Energy, the company is valued at NIS 580 million post-funding. Institutional investors, including Alfa Fund and Harel, contributed to the capital, which will be used for initiating energy projects in the US market.

Stark Power has successfully raised NIS 215 million on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange for developing solar energy and data center projects in the US, valuing the company at NIS 580 million. Founded by former Nofar Energy and Enlight Renewable Energy executives, Stark Power recently signed its first deal to build an electricity production site combined with a data center in the US.
The funding comes from institutional investors, with NIS 140 million based on a share value of NIS 7.5, and options worth NIS 75 million exercisable by October 1, 2026. The capital will support the company’s strategy to establish energy projects in the US.
