Statera Energy Receives Approval for 500MW Battery Project in Central Bedfordshire
Statera Energy has received planning approval for its 500MW Sundon Storage battery project in Central Bedfordshire, located near the Sundon National Grid substation. The project is part of the Long Duration Energy Storage scheme, with construction anticipated to start later this decade and full operation by 2030, bringing Statera's total consented storage and flexibility projects to over 5GW.
