Super Radiator Coils plans to open a new 100,000-square-foot production facility at 8800 Whitepine Road, near Chesterfield airport, to enhance its manufacturing capabilities alongside its existing plant on Southlake Blvd. The new site aims to meet growing demand in the HVAC and data center sectors and is expected to begin operations by the end of Q1 2026, employing around 120 workers.
This expansion complements a previously announced $22 million project for an 80,000-square-foot expansion at the Southlake facility, which includes equipment upgrades and 160 new jobs. Planning and design for the Southlake expansion are complete, with construction yet to commence. The project received a $610,000 grant from the Commonwealth's Development Opportunity Fund.
